MagneticFriction uses the Verlet algorithm with an additional dissipation term to calculate the friction between two periodic magnetic layers that move relative to each other. Here, one layer (the slider) possesses magnetic moments that rotate around an axis perpendicular to the relative movement direction. MagneticFriction is utilized in [1].
A C++ code for computing the Purcell factor (both radiative and non radiative decay rates) of a dipole placed above a planar surface using Greens function approach.
