Summary

Fixes three documentation issues reported in #product-docs:

Changes

  1. Remove duplicate fee sponsorship page

    • Deleted orphaned /guide/use-accounts/fee-sponsorship.mdx (not in sidebar)
    • Added 301 redirect to canonical page /guide/payments/sponsor-user-fees
  2. Fix 'Replace Me' appearing in search

    • Removed _template.mdx file that was being indexed
  3. Fix broken anchor links

    • Fixed #payments-lane#get-predictable-payment-fees in:
      • /quickstart/tip20.mdx
      • /protocol/tip20/overview.mdx

Testing

  • Verified redirect works for old URL
  • Confirmed anchor links match actual heading IDs

- Remove duplicate fee-sponsorship.mdx (orphaned page not in sidebar)
  - Add 301 redirect to canonical /guide/payments/sponsor-user-fees
- Remove _template.mdx to fix 'Replace Me' appearing in search
