feat(ios): update to 4.12.7

Update iOS SDK documentation to version 4.12.2 and synchronize the changelog with upstream, including missing intermediate versions.

The next-env.d.ts file was updated to correct the routes import path, resolving a build issue where ./.next/dev/types/routes.d.ts did not exist after a fresh build.

Refreshes iOS documentation to align with latest SDK releases and fixes a build-time types path.

• Adds/updates changelog entries through 4.12.8 with recent fixes and enhancements
• Expands "Request permission" guide: clearer copy, adds microphone and tracking options with required Info.plist keys and notes
• Updates displayed SDK version to 4.12.7 in content/docs/ios/index.mdx and sdk-reference/index.mdx
• Fixes Next.js types import by changing next-env.d.ts to import "./.next/types/routes.d.ts" (removes /dev)
