This PR adds concepts to define existing interfaces in phasar, including:
These concepts are meant to replace the CRTP interfaces that we currently have.
Additionally, it adds a new concept for
IRDomainto group relevant properties that define an IR.Some concepts are split (cf. CFG vs BidiCFG) to make them more specific.
NOTE: We must replace some forward declarations with
#includeto enable the compiler to check our concepts.
