Add handling for the PassThru parameter in the Use-Order function, allowing users to retrieve specific items. Introduce a new function to open URLs based on the operating system. Refactor the Show-ProjectItem function to rename the OpenInWebBrowser parameter to OpenInBrowser for clarity. Implement item ordering and add tests to ensure functionality.
