For a more bare-metal UI feel, I like to disable windowing UI chrome. This patch adds a -C flag to disable the titlebar and corner rounding. I have been personally using this patch for about half a year now and find it quite nice.
Note, however, this only applies to the macos-cocoa build, so the patch here is arguably more of an idea sketch. Let me know what you think!
