We are still seeing some fails due to dependency on pbdZMQ, which is deprecated. I do not see these issues on my local machine, only in the CI environment, which may be due to an older version of reticulate referencing pbdZMQ. |

Moved cmdstanr to suggests and used conditionally in examples. Also fixed minor documentation issues causing notes / warnings in build.
