Set sRGB color space on the NSWindow when initializing the OpenGL
context. Without this, macOS doesn't color-manage OpenGL windows,
causing colors to appear oversaturated on wide-gamut (P3) displays.

This follows the recommendation from Apple Technical Note TN2313
and matches the approach used by GLFW, SDL, and other frameworks.

This patch implements functionality (safe-shutdown, reset) to Lakka for
Raspberry Pi devices using various RetroFlags cases for various
Raspberry Pi models.

Additional guards added to makefile to make sure that make options
specific to Lakka are only used with Lakka.
