Improve system tests coverage:

• activemq_general_logs
• activemq_audit_logs
• rabbitmq_general_logs

PR adds missing fields:

• aws.cloudwatch.log_stream
• aws.cloudwatch.log_group
• aws.cloudwatch.ingestion_time
