RNAassembly

For simulating the assembly of a viral capsid around an explict RNA sequence

Steps to running.

1. Run make to compile the simulator.
2. Edit the options.in file and change the source of the input RNA sequence if needed.
3. Run VLC.x on the command line.
4. Output of the time, and number of each capsid intermediate (containing 1-12 CPs) is outputed to the terminal.
