Capibilities

Current Modules:

cassandra: Collect and analyze data from the Cassandra Monte Carlo software

lammps: Collect and analyze data from the LAMMPS molecular dynamics software

os: Interface with your operating system

poreblazer: Create inputs and collect and analyze data from the PoreBlazer material analysis software

regression: General regression functions

slurm: Create batch scripts for the SchedMD SLURM scheduler

deprecation: MATLAB codes that are being ported to Python

Planned Modules:

maxwell: Collect and analyze data from Maxwell Robotics sorption and permeation systems

zeopp: Create inputs and collect and analyze data from the Zeo++ material analysis software

pbspro: Create batch scripts for the Altair PBS Pro scheduler
