  1. get lufa usb cdc avr910 bootloader to work on Bee

  2. make sure it works with current Xmegaduino development branch: We will need to build from the source that they have on the github - if you are on ubuntu I could build this for the both of us

  3. improve bootloader so that it works with Xbee: do we want to use the SD card after all or not?
