Enhanced UI

This PR:

• Adds a new uploaded_archives table to track the status of archives uploaded via the web UI.
• Adds a metadata parameter to the projects table to track the project's clustering parameters.
• Adds an upload page in the UI for converting archives to MorphoCluster format (from EcoTaxa format), extracting features from archives, clustering datasets, and reclustering datasets after growing and validation is finished.
• Adds a jobs page in the UI for tracking the progress of long running jobs.
• Fixed some issues with dark mode and made is consistent across the application.
