  1. Around 40% of packages were delivered late irrespective of their sizes and and price.\
  2. Transportation by ships is very high after the ship's most used transport is road transport.\
  3. Discount offered & weight in grams show a skewed distribution.\
  4. According to the cluster map there is + ve relation between the cost of the product & customer calls so as the price of the product increased the customer calls also increased
