update to schema 7, use info in it to avoid extra networking
put arr in default packs, boundlesswindow in macos packs, and fairplay, seedqueue, and chunkumulator in all-in pack
use permalinked commits to avoid old modpacks fully breaking when legal-mods updates
deployed example packs on my fork, replace redlime with tildejustin in the official links to test them out
the text on the website also needs to be changed a bit
