  1. Download the Backbone.-.COVID19Packaged.zip from release, and unzip it.

  2. cd Backbone, and you have entered the work directory.

  3. Copy MedTagger jar into the ? directory and IE dir into resources.

  4. Download JSON configuration file (git repo URL)

    • Copy config file name into run_pipeline_local.bat

  5. Run package_modules_and_configs.bat to recompile the change.

  6. Look into out of the working directory for the NLP results.
