AI-7: Add AI Agents Skill Icon

This PR adds "AI Agents" as a new skill to the portfolio main page skills grid.

Changes:

Added "ai-agents" to TechType in techIcon.tsx
Added AI Agents entry to the skills array with 2 years of experience
Added icon files in standard and high resolutions
Created test to verify proper rendering of the skill icon
All tests are passing

Acceptance Criteria:

✅ A new icon labelled "AI Agents" appears in the Skills grid
✅ Icon size, padding and hover behavior match existing skill icons
✅ Tooltip/alt text reads "AI Agents"
✅ Grid remains responsive on all breakpoints (no layout shift)
✅ Unit test asserts icon renders in the DOM

Documentation:

Documentation for Confluence has been prepared and is ready to be added when access is available
