add_model_config method supports passing the response count as the second parameter

How to test

It should be possible to define the response count when creating model configs

Note

Adds optional response count support when associating a model config to a project.

• Extends Project.add_model_config with response_count: Optional[int]
• Updates GraphQL mutation to include $responseCount and passes it in createProjectModelConfig input
• Defaults preserved when response_count is not provided; still returns projectModelConfigId
