Generate a DF-JSON structured chat item

Work in progress.

To do:

1. tidy up the terminolgy for UUID (replace 'my_uuid' in message item)
2. deal with attachments better (replace boilerplate with something. poss assets collection hosted with the generator
3. Images
4. Videos
5. Audio
6. URLS
7. cited message (?)
8. Avatars?

Relies on the structure of a "DF-JSON - chat" part of the prototype DF-JSON data standards - see my other repos
