Untested change to install script to fix download link as the previous one did not work
Fixes broken download link and updates file extraction command to unzip zip files as their is no longer a tar.gz avalible from the OpenUTAU repository.

This commit fixes the broken download link and the command to extract archives has been changed to unzip zip files as the there is no longer a tar.gz available from the OpenUTAU repository.
