Purpose
The purpose of this pull request is to expand the eSim SubcircuitLibrary by adding
multiple digital IC subcircuit models that were not previously available or were
incomplete. These ICs are commonly used in digital system design and their
availability improves the usability of eSim for simulation and educational purposes.
Approach
Subcircuit models for the selected ICs were created and tested using eSim.
Each IC was added following the existing SubcircuitLibrary directory structure.
The models include the required subcircuit files and schematic representations,
and were committed individually for clarity and easier review.
