Renamed "充值" to "锻造" in the Cross-chain Bridge (Forge) miniapp UI and metadata to comply with product terminology requirements. This includes updates to localization files, manifest descriptions, and E2E test artifacts.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 9593818322466599346 started by @Gaubee

- Update `zh-TW.json` to use "鍛造" for `depositAddress` and `confirm`.
- Update `manifest.json` and `package.json` descriptions and tags.
