Hi there 👋

I'm Aumkar Gadekar.

I'm pursuing my Master's in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, specializing in Interactive Intelligence. In the summer of 2025, interned at Amazon as a data engineer in the Seattle office Prior to this, I was as a big data engineer at Deutsche Bank for 3 years. I boast a versatile tech-stack with strong competencies in backend and data-engineering. I'm proficient in Scala, Python, Java, C & C++. I have worked on the build and deployment of large scale big data pipelines using Apache Spark, scala, SQL, Airflow, docker & Kubernetes. Additionally, I have exposure to an extensive ML and AI toolkit with domain experience in deep learning, computer vision & NLP.

I completed my Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Sardar Patel Institute of Technology,Mumbai in 2021. I enjoy problem solving, competitive coding, and building software solutions to complex problems. Check out my coding profiles here ! :
