Chart update!

Improvements:

• Added documentation and Wiki.
• Added charts into frontend page.
• Created real-time data transfer via Redis.
• Created Websocket server for real-time communication.
• Full Arduino firmware rework.

Initial working version

We were able to connect frontend, backend and arduino together.
It is possible to switch the state of arduino lamp remotely from frontend.
