Bulk unset using regex

I have several tests cases, each modifying one env var and observing the outcome, and one test case to observe the outcome when no env var is set.

Currently the only approach is to unset each of the env vars one by one but it'd be nice if all env vars matching a regex pattern could be unset at once.
