Limit contacts to personal address book, ignore messenger-generated lists

Allow the user to choose which contact lists to export.

E.g. I do not want Telegram and Signal contacts in my export, because they will clutter my phone upon import and are auto-generated when installing these apps anyway. I therefore think this is a meaningful feature.

An example of this behaviour can be seen in Fossify Contacts > Settings > Backups

In #7 it was discussed if the issue there might also stem from messenger generated contacts. However the user described there that their issue is different.
I am mentioning this because of the slight overlap.

Alternatively you could generate one file per list:

contacts_20250827_132518.vcf
contacts_Signal_20250827_132518.vcf
contacts_name-at-domain.de_20250827_132518.vcf

It will be more simple, but eat more memory than limiting what is exported.

Thanks for mentioning the example of the Fossify Contacts App, it shows that it's possible. It makes sense to me having such a feature. I've no idea when I'll find the time (I haven't touched this for a long time) to look into it. But maybe someone else has.
