The "pre-signup" feature is returning a 500 error when I try to create an account with existing email

You need to:
1- Analyze what is generating this error;
2- Plan how to fix it;
3- Fix it;
4- Understand why the tests are not showing the error;
5- Send the pull request.

I hope that the pre-signup redirects me to a screen that returns an "Already Exists" when the email already exists and is verified
