This PR build upon #2923 and adds a specialized Outliner tool.
In a future iteration, Outliner will cover 2 modes:
Outline Checker itself can call another sub-specialized tool, Outline UX Analyzer, to assess the document outline through the overall structure discoverability and cognitive load point of view.
This PR only covers the review mode. It also updates the prompts README and adds a first draft for the upcoming Orchestrator tool.
For now, these tools produce best results with Claude, but could be used with other LLMs such as ChatGPT and Gemini. The
claude-project-instructions.mdgives ready-to-paste instructions that you can add to a Claude project to augment it with Strapi Docs PR review capabilities.
