Description
Deep LinkedIn Integration for Conversational AI and Personalized History Book (ORBIT-LinkedIn Agent)
Title: [Feature Request] ORBIT-LinkedIn Agent: Deep LinkedIn Integration for Conversational AI and Personalized History Book Generation
Problem Statement
To position ORBIT as the definitive intelligent platform for professional development and knowledge management, we must integrate directly with LinkedIn, the core repository of professional narrative, insight, and engagement. This feature aims to convert a user's dispersed professional activity into a coherent, secure, and actionable asset.
Proposed Features
This integration, branded as the LinkedIn Agent, should offer two primary functions. The designation PS is used throughout to denote Personal & Secure.
1. Conversational Agent (LA - LinkedIn Agent - PS)
Implement a secure, conversational layer that allows the ORBIT chatbot to access and discuss a user's LinkedIn data in real-time.
Functionality: Allow the user to query the bot (the
LA (LinkedIn Agent) - PSinstance) about the content of their own network activity, including:Summarizing key points from articles they've posted or shared.
Retrieving and synthesizing comments from specific posts.
Identifying recurring topics in their recent engagement.
2. Personalized LinkedIn History Book (PDF Export)
Develop a feature that generates a secure, downloadable PDF book based on a specific user's LinkedIn history, formatted with a detailed, professional structure. The book will be titled: LinkedIn Agent (Personal & Secure).

Technical Requirements & Considerations
Requires the implementation of OAuth 2.0 and compliance with LinkedIn's current Developer API for data access (Posts, Articles, and Comments).
PDF generation must handle complex markdown/HTML content from LinkedIn accurately.
Strong emphasis on data security and privacy (
Personal & Secure/PS), ensuring all data remains user-controlled and is deleted from ORBIT servers upon successful PDF download.
