Users report being unable to enter password on admin dashboard

Two instances - basically users (both premium-preppers, both purchases in January 2026) reported being unable to enter the admin dashboard despite trying provided password and all variations thereof:

One of them sent a screencast which shows that they're not getting the incorrect credentials feedback. Looks more like the page is being refreshed.
