Help screen #65
Description
- Add a help screen that is accessible through the main menu "help" button
- Vertical paged scroll pane (probably with snap to page disabled) with each page some info
- use data from "details" jsons
- Add a search bar at the top with a text box that has instant filter on character change
- Pages should show some indication of "seen" in gameplay like in the help dialog
