Deleting lage cache takes multiple minutes

Describe the bug
Deleteing the lage cache takes multiple minutes after a few days of development.

To Reproduce
Do some work in a reasonable large repository, then rm -rf node_modules

Expected behavior
It should be instant

Environment/Troubleshooting
The root cause is that lage creates a new file for every cached object. Would you be interested in a PR that stores all lage cache in sqlite? (one single file instead of many many files)
