1. open command Palette settings
2. see that the Personalisation section does not appear

The personalisation section appears like in the release notes:

The personalisation section does not show up or exist at all

That's the previous version; the current is 0.8.10191.0. Could you please try to disable and re-enable Command Palette in PowerToys Settings app?

The PowerToys installer should have placed an MSIX package for Command Palette with the new version in that folder. Now it looks like that there are two of them and Settings app is choosing the old one to install. @ReginaldTang could you please check the folder C:\Users\Regin\AppData\Local\PowerToys\WinUI3Apps\CmdPal\ for me?
