Transition from to conda-incubator/setup-miniconda to mamba-org/setup-micromamba #2292
Description
During the work on #2291 and #2282 it was found that conda solving was hung on Ubuntu / mcxtrace.
For now a workaround has been added: We simply installing mamba and solving using that in the case of McXtrace…
We should probably adapt the CI to build on
mamba-org/setup-micromamba in place of current conda-incubator/setup-miniconda solution
