[Feature] Image Proxying

Feature Description

Hi, I'd like it to be possible to set up an image proxy at server-side so clients don't directly download images from the internet, instead having server-side handling all outbound connections

Problem Solved

Same reason why every social media has a crawler fetching the image for the users, for caching and privacy purposes

Additional Information

I kinda skimmed the code and it seemed like every client was in charge of contacting the provided image url, if this is not the case I apologize
