Fix: dracula colorscheme for indent-blankline :bug:

After starting nvim and opening e.g. a python file the colorscheme for the current scope of indent-blankline is wrong:

After running :colorscheme dracula manually it's the right one:

[jsappl]

Maybe this issue

is a hint. The ibl author says

When you source indent-blankline does not make a difference.
It is probably your color scheme that overwrites the highlight groups, you want to define them after you load that.
