macros: source code merge and add <<code>> as default?

IMHO we should move the creole macro sourcecode to a better place.

And should we enable the <<code>> as default?

Maybe change the way <<toc>> is activated, now.

I think that enable it by default is a good idea and that it should work like <<toc>>.
