Failed to write tags to file

I don't know whats going on, but I ripped a DVD using MakeMKV and Autotag refuses to touch it even with a ten foot pole with the following error:

Errors encountered for all files:
G:\Video\TERMINATOR_2_EXTREME_DISC1\Terminator 2 Judgment Day (1991).mkv:
    Error: Failed to write tags to file
    File corruption reasons: Invalid Meta Seek)

The file appears to be okay - I don't know WHY I'm getting it.

This quite often happens with files created by MakeMKV, remuxing with ffmpeg should fix it (e.g. ffmpeg -i file.mkv -c copy out.mkv)
