Clean up, organise and update GR4SP V0.1 #24
Description
- Clean up original Java code
- Organise code structure, etc
- Include new settings: change the settlement cycles (1hr to 24hr as per Marco's); select updated DB (e.g. ISP 2020-21, new generation information, etc);
- Find an easy way to update the relevant DBs
