Hi @her7man, most of the users are in Linux/Mac systems, I don't think we have time to work this out in Windows OS because these depending packages may also need to be compatible with the Windows OS, which is beyond our control.

hi @her7man, thanks for the bug report!

the main issue here is that caesar is designed to work on simulation outputs, which by and large we assume are living on clusters or other large machines that operate in linux. if you have trouble running caesar in this kind of environment, please let me know.

this said, if you have issues with caesar on windows, perhaps you can post the error here? i suspect likely the issue isn't with caesar itself, but with another package related like yt.
