Learn new languages

Create an infrastructure to learn new languages, highly document process of getting started with new languages.
tasks like -- http queries to the server (what about tcp/udp?)
download file, write to file system,
iterate over, calculate some data, draw graphics?

generate a great amount of tests. (could it be Test Anything Protocol?)
