Remote "Vault" update

Purpose

Create a framework to automatically update local scripts and notify the user if manual intervention is needed (e.g. download updated Windows 11 ISO)

Desired Implementation

• Upload local scripts to repo under /vault
• Create a versioning system for Vault drives with a local file to track updates without scanning the file system
• Create a "vault update" script for each platform capable of automatically updating all local scripts and small files via raw repo content
