Describe your enhancement suggestion in more detail

The Light Inspector is really powerful when it comes to adjusting the lighting in a map, but then you have to manually adjust those variables in Hammer, one at a time. Moreover, it's impossible to add new lights without having them compiled already. So my proposal is as follows:

  1. Include a way for the Light Inspector to allow you to copy the values of a light, then include a way to paste them in Hammer – the latter might also be useful to have in Hammer by itself in case users want to copy/paste values between various entities, but that's a separate issue;
  2. Include a way to create new lights directly via the Light Inspector. Naturally they'd have to be Direct and Dynamic only, but that would still help mappers figure out lighting configurations without constantly recompiling;
  3. If possible, there should be a way to define a light cookie directly via the inspector;
  4. The flickering effect of selected lights should be removed. It causes intense and long-lasting ghosting artifacts on some monitors, even when the flicker itself is hardly noticeable by looking;
  5. There could be a toggle that highlights all clustered lights in a map, so it's easier to identify what's editable. Moreover, there should be a picker for whichever light the player is directly looking at.
