Clean Up Unused Plugins

There are numerous plugins that cover the same functionality but in slightly different ways (e.g. Forms) and there seem to be some plugins not in use or, at least, not heavily used.

The site would benefit in performance from removing any extra plugins and retaining only those that are necessary.
