[suggestion] add a `bash` alias

We may want to add a bash alias which would do the same thing as run bash. I'm pretty sure that's a common typo ^^

Sorry @EtienneM . Could you be more precise? I am not familiar with the aliases from the CLI.

I think we should add a bash command to the CLI which executes underneath a one-off with the bash command. I used the word "alias" but it's not a technical word. It's just because the behaviour of the CLI bash command would be the same as executing run bash.

It would just be a convenient command because I know some people tend to type:

scalingo --app my-app bash

And face an error because what they actually wanted to type is:

scalingo --app my-app run bash
