Authentication Issue

Hi,
I do have a problem trying to authenticate my characters/account in pob.
I searched in the internet and tried a few solutions with no results, like:
1 - Unistalling it completely using Revo Unistaller and then downloading and installing the most up to date model.
2 - Turning everything in profile account of POE into Public.
3 - Trying to Update the POB.
4 - The update button on POB does not work
I do have a the same issue as the guy in this post here, but i'm not from russia, cloudflare should not be blocked:

Is Windows quarantining that socket.dll file, maybe? Check Windows Defender for any alerts related to that. What happens when you click "Update Ready"? Do you still get an update notification? Also make sure you don't have any other instances of PoB open when updating.

Also, this is the repo for PoB1, not PoB2.
