Should not care about removed files

Currently flags _removal_ of potentially bad files (e.g. `*.sql`) and forces a `--no-verify` to continue.

Behaviour should be that files being _removed_ from a diff should not be flagged (at least as problems - at the most maybe a note that you might want to run a history sanitiser tool to purge them altogether)
