Traffic data mismatch between controller and firewall

Description
The traffic data shown on the controller can be inconsistent with the traffic data reported by the corresponding tool on the firewall.

Why / purpose
Administrators rely on traffic statistics to monitor usage, detect anomalies, and perform capacity planning. Inconsistent data between the controller and the firewall reduces trust in the reported metrics and can lead to incorrect operational decisions.

Expected behavior
The firewall and the controller should report the same traffic data for the same time range and scope.

Actual behavior
The traffic values displayed on the controller do not always match the values shown by the equivalent traffic monitoring tool on the firewall.

Steps to reproduce

• Open the traffic monitoring tool on a NethSecurity firewall
• Note the reported traffic data for a given time range (maximum timerange available is 24h)
• Open the controller and view the traffic data for the same firewall and time range.
• Compare the reported values.
