[BUG] Does not work in Arc Browser

Describe the bug
NativeMind does not open in the Arc Browser (Chromium-based).
It used to work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install it
2. Click on the extension

Expected behavior
Window/popup appears

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: macOS
• Arc Version: Based on Chromium version 140.0.7339.186 (Official Build) (arm64)
• NativeMind Version: 1.9.4
• Want to use Ollama

Hey, because we refactored our extension and implemented many features on based on chrome.sidePanel API. And unfortunately, Arc currently doesn't support sidepanel yet 😢
