Countries that can be analysed

Make sure the loss simulator can use more (all countries) included in EMDAT - incl update to upload template and example files

• check country list being used (is this necessarily restricted by which countries have data in EM-DAT?
• Is it possible to use full list of countries, so users can add manual data for countries not in the original list?

Currently, (global.R)[https://github.com/IDF-RMSG/DisasterRiskPooling/blob/develop/LossSimulator/DisasterRiskPooling/global.R] reads in downloaded EMDAT losses saved as (emdat_country_occ.csv)[https://github.com/IDF-RMSG/DisasterRiskPooling/blob/develop/LossSimulator/DisasterRiskPooling/data/Countries/emdat_country_occ.csv]
Creates df country_data and from that creates vector 'countries' of unique names
So, the only countries that can be run, are those names in the latest EMDAT download.

Enhancement: create a countries vector, with all global countries, matching names that EMDAT uses.
